Jaysie is wonderful and I always love my cut and color. I have been going to the Alpharetta location for 4 years and it is always a awesome experience!

Worst experience of my life. Every stylist is rated and you pay based on there level after your cut and color they pass you off to someone else who is just starting out to blow and style and they never finish your cut or finish with product. They brag that they have a 10 day happy policy to make it right how about make it right the first time. Also a first time cut and color they allow 1 1/2 for maybe they need more time. Because if you go over the 1 hour 1/2 you have to come back to finish.

Love this place! I've been coming to Bob Steele salons since I was 15! I now drive to Alpharetta's location although I live in Smyrna just to see AVA! She is amazing!! Will always come to Bob Steele :)
