The staff is great. It’s a pleasure to go to this center for hair cutting. My entire family goes her. Feriyana makes you very comfortable during the haircut. She is great.

This feedback is for Alpharetta store only. I don't know whether other stores has same experience. So, if the store closes at 8 and you arrive after 7:30 or 7:40, they tell you they cannot take you in now because until your turn comes it will be past 8. Very unprofessional, as you have to go back without haircut and come back again next day. Why they can't just stick to store hours?? So frustrating..

Styling turned out nice. I asked for a shampoo, cut and style. I wasn’t given a haircut though. I didn’t even bother to ask for them to give me one because they were too busy to listen. The stylist burned my scalp with their hair dryer after I told them the hair dryer was too hot, too close to my scalp and pulled away a few times to avoid burning my scalp further. The staff was friendly but doesn’t really listen or pay attention to your requests.

My family has been getting hair cuts at this location, almost as long as we have been in the state of GA. We have always treated with respect, and never left without getting the best in care. The stylists are very skilled with many years of experience, and we are remembered for our patronage.
