I have never been disappointed at this salon. I ask them to do what they think will look good on me. They discuss prices beforehand and only do what is necessary to look great! I have never been over charged. They keep very good notes on color, hair texture, etc., for reference. My hair has never been â€œover done.â€ I have never left with â€œout of dateâ€ style, cut, color, or curl. This is truly the most genuine salon I have ever gone to for my hair. My hairs looks and feels amazing when I leave! If you park in the Washington Street Deck, Emporium will validate your parking.

I came in here looking to donate a lot of hair and have someone give me a whole new look and was thoroughly impressed! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming yet professional. My stylist did a wonderful job giving me the choppy style lob that I wanted, ensuring I was comfortable and happy with each step, and even curled my hair for me after since she knew it had been a while since I'd done much with it! It's always such a big change each time I donate hair and I left Emporium feeling great with all of their help! Not only was my stylist incredible, but I watched every other client leave as pleased as I was. Highly recommended!

The only reason I come here is for Hannah!! She is the best and will make you feel like your home! She has never messed up my hair, I always leave there with my self confidence back. They also serve free water and coffee so thatâ€™s a plus too.

I have never had a bad experience here. The salon is extremely clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have been very satisfied with cuts, color, and deep conditioning treatments. Itâ€™s also very easy to book appointments and they can usually get you in pretty soon if needed!
