Waited too long. Ended up leaving. This place needs new manager, seriously!

Not sure who's idea it was to take Michael out of the salon but it was a big mistake. His character is genuine and his voice is very distinct. I always looked forward to receiving my reminders from him. Also, as a woman, I loved hearing his "first" response on my "new cut", it was always reassuring. Please, bring him back!!

"Stylist" showed me how much she was going to cut off my hair, it was less than two inches. I leave with nearly 3 damn inches cut off. My hair is butchered now it looks like it was chopped up worst place ever. She doesn't even deserve the tip. How the hell is she cutting hair she doesn't go but the customer wants. Wait time was supposed to be 15 minutes I waited 30. Wasting my time just to get my hair butchered.
