MICROS

I love my Micros and I loved the fact it only took 3 and half hours from start to finish!! I have back issues and I was worried that my pain would flare up!! I was amazed at the time and in love with my style!! Thank you Constance!!

Awesome services I got my box braids done here and my hair is pixie cut short and they were able to grip every bit it only took 4 to 6 hours. I also was able to come back and get my braids cleaned up no charge. The owner was very nice and I also enjoyed watching the African movies.

11/14/16 I wanted long Micro-twist (Senegalese twist) and I was charged $200 dollars only to receive the exact opposite. The worker that helped the owner twist my hair made by braids from the top of my head to the back very short as if they were suppose to be done on a childs head (length of kinky twist) and the owner knew and didn't say anything until I called her a hour and a half later. My twist also began to unravel literally a couple of hours after getting them.I told her at the Ieast I would like $50 dollars back and after a few minutes of talking she was only willing to give me $40 dollars. The owner was very reluctant to reimbursing me funds, she made several excuses and ways that she could "fix" my hair i.e adding on pieces , which is unacceptable. I shouldn't have to come back the next day or a couple of days later to fix a problem on their behalf; I didn't split my payments up and pay a $100 dollars Sunday and $100 on Monday. In addition the owner was not at the shop on time business hours are suppose to be from 8am-10pm; my appointment was at nine and she was not there, she didn't have the color hair that i wanted 1B(Black), so I had to pay early just so her husband could go buy the hair while she continued to use the little hair that she had left, lastly she doesn't know how to start the Senegalese off with a twist and I am not a big fan of the little starter braid. After speaking with the owner about it face to face today, I would not recommend anyone to go here for any type of service. This all happened within a matter of 48 hours. Save your time and money and go else where. Day of service 11/13/16
