Use to love it but they have gone a little downhill and have a very high turnover rate. The women who I loved who did my hair great are no longer there. Now they have increased the price and the results are average at best. It looks like it's time to find a new salon.

Was denied service before 630pm closing with all staff sitting huddled at the rear of the salon. Have been a client for many years even through the high turnover & price increase yet slight service decline. Newer staff members possess a lesser air of friendliness than what attracted me initially. Dissatisfied.

Experience was great, dont get me wrong.. but if there is gonna be a â€œfree deep conditioning â€œ let people know its not all the way free.i even called the day before. I told the woman before she started my hair that i only wanted a deep conditioning. Another woman who heard me says okay its free. Mind you i washed my hair the night before, and when i got finished they asked me to pay WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS A FREE DEEP CONDITIONING ON WEDNESDAY. They told me that they would have to wash my hair because thats not how it works.so i got charged for them washing my hair when I specifically stated i wanted ONLY a deep conditioning They sign needs to say something else Please and thank you. That was just poor communication on their part.

Just ok very Basic with their styling capabilities and they Certainly Arenâ€™t the friendliest bunch the stylist here surely make me miss the ones backhome ðŸ˜”

Do not go to this salon. The lady who washes my hair tore it all out when she was coming it out after putting in the conditioner. She's rootless and it was the most painful experience I've had in a long time.
