I have a regular beautician but was in a hurry to grab a trim. My mistake. The lady that cut my hair was friendly and I genuinely liked her. Unfortunately cutting hair was not her calling. She literally had no idea what any of the styling products were or what they were used for. She repeatedly hit me in the head with the hairdryer and seemed to have no idea she was doing it. And she cut my hair in the back shorter on one side than the other. The person that appeared to be in charge was one of the least friendly people I have encountered in a salon and one of the other stylists was sitting in a salon chair beside her poor client. I hope any experience another person has here is better than mine but I will not be returning.

Loved it. The new manager was at another store and i use to drive to her now she is alot closer i will tell all my family and friends to go there. I have seen her go way out of her way to make people happy.
