The cutest salon! I love the atmosphere and the people who work there. Mattie is the best! I won't go anywhere else. She always does a fabulous job!

I really hate to write a not so great review and I’m sure there are some good stylists here. But to get the color I wanted, I had to go back to JYL Craven. I showed Blake at JYL a picture and she gave me exactly what I wanted. When I showed the same picture to Bloom a few months earlier, I got a lecture about how “compromised” my hair was and that I needed to cut it off and let my roots grow to get an ombré. They wanted me to sign a waiver if I wanted it bleached all the way to the ends. Blake at JYL had a different opinion....she said nope, you don’t need to cut your hair off... Your hair is textured and is actually in pretty good shape ... which is exactly what I tried to tell them at Bloom. They were very nice at Bloom, except for the public lecture.
