Specifically - The Salon at Ulta. I have been going to Jenna E. for about a year now for my hair coloring services. I am still relatively new (~2 yrs) to coloring my hair, and she took the time to thoroughly explain the process and make recommendations for what she thought would best fit what I was looking for. She was also great with product recommendations when I was looking for certain things. Very sweet as well. For reference, I am a very dark brunette and just getting simple highlights, but she did a fantastic job when I came in with something too dramatic for my liking from a previous stylist, and has been great with maintaining my color.

I just moved to Roswell from California and started looking for salons with good reviews and affordable prices unfortunately I didn’t find anything except for ULTA, I like that you know how much you are going to pay before you go. Kimberley B. was my stylist and she was AMAZING! I didn’t have to wait, she was on time, she knew exactly how to fix my hair and the results were fantastic! I’m glad I found a great stylist here in Georgia.

Been living in Alpharetta for a while and haven't been to an Ulta Salon in ages. Decided last Friday I needed a refresh and wanted a haircut. Called last minute and they were able to accommodate me. Had a haircut with Ivey - it was awesome. Super quick and she was very knowledgeable. She even helped address my concerns with hair recently frizzing and recommended a great product for a blow dry/styling cream. Wanted a bouncy haircut with long layers and shaping and she delivered! Thank you, Ivey!

Last week I came to Ulta to buy two hair products because of their advertised big summer sale. When I got to the counter, I was told that the sale did not begin until the next day. I left the two products on the counter and told them I would return. Today I came back to get the same two products. I was told that the sale did not apply to them And the manager would not accommodate me. Why wasn’t I told last week that the products would not be for sale during the summer sale and caused me to make a special trip for nothing. The store has gone downhill over the past year. The advertisement was very misleading. And the manager was very unaccommodating. Ulta just lost a customer over approximately $14. Once again, Ulta has put the burden on the customer. Clarifying your advertising would be the first step. And training your staff to help the customers better would be your second step. When I brought the product to the counter, the first time the sales associate should have informed me about the sale since I was already face-to-face. Your answer of I should be doing this and I should be doing that shows minimal respect for the customer. And by the way, I can find this product at Publix now.
