Terrible service
If you want NO edges, broken off hair, bald spots, and to just be given a style that the Braider want to do weather you like it or not this is the shop for you!!!! Where do I begin? . . . Customer service was terrible, work was terrible, damage was caused to my hair! I came in today and asked to get two boxer braids for my daughter and I were quoted $80 total (not bad I thought) the large woman w/ the pink bleached skin is the one that helped us, she was rude from the beginning and also unorganized. She told me she was out of hair that was included in the style for my daughters hair color she is a 4 in hair color,
She told me to run up the street and get more hair I went and got five packs of hair which cost me $26. When I got back to the salon she told me I got the wrong brand of hair and she would have to use black anyway. She Began doing my hair and continued to part it down the center and proceeded to rake through my hair with the comb, as She did that she was ripping the hair
