I came as a walk in for their feed-in special and was asked by the stylist to go to the store and buy hair jam because she was out. And stated she would take it out of my total cost. After leaving and returning to purchase her supply, she begins to start my hair. Then another woman arrives stating she has an appointment in 15 minutes. The stylist makes me get off of the chair to proceed to do the other girls hair. My objective is that your business should not welcome walk ins and not have a stylist to take the walk-ins. There was only 1 stylist in at the time. So she asks me to make an appointment for 10 AM the next morning which I do. I arrive at 9:50 the next morning and there are 3 stylists present and 3 clients getting their hair braided. I state that I have a 10 AM appointment and who I believe is the owner states that they cannot do my hair though I had scheduled an appointment yesterday with the stylist I encountered yesterday (who was also present at the time) and to come back later. I inform her that I am booked for the rest of the day and cannot come back. This entire encounter was unprofessional being that I was asked to leave twice because their lack of organization and communication. Thankfully I was reimbursed for the jam I purchased.

Discrimination against women and child charges to take down hair but refuse to take down 100percent of hair don't wash hair is a charged for that they have know customer service very rude to customers who pay for service they keep upping the prices very nasty people . Lady came in yesterday want 2 braids she looked like she had walk in a fog this is the way they make you feel they are from Niegra and they have know respect for black people who spend money I left with my daughter to Princess Salon and she and her team greeted me and my daughter who has a disability with a warm greeting the looked at my daughter faith hair and assis they show compassion for moms who just trying to put a smile on her face. Princess and one of her team did the do to her hair and her and I was please and she didn't charge half of the money Gisells hair was charging I go where people who appreciate me.

Just took down my feeder (stitch braid) and all my edges and half of my hair fell out. I even have bald spots. I have really thick hair so after returning home to Florida my local hair stylist was in shock!!! They used some heavy thick gel that completely damaged my hair!!

Ms. Gisell did a great job braiding my hair and in a timely manner. I will definitely go back to her and recommend her to anyone looking to get there hair braided.

I walked into the salon (door advertises that walk-ins are welcome) and asked if it was possible to have my daughter's hair braided into a ponytail. My daughter's hair is shorter, so the owner mentioned that hair would need to be added, but that it could be done today. I was advised that the stylist who would be braiding her hair was finishing up with her current client and that her next booked appointment wouldnt arrive until 4pm, so there was time in between to take care of us. After waiting for over an hour for the stylist to finish, she proceeds to tell me that she has never performed feed in cornrows and that she wouldnt be able to provide the service as discussed! There was no apology for wasting almost 2 hours of my day, NOTHING! Then as abruptly as she told me that she wouldnt be able to help us, she turned around and walked in the back room, never to be seen again! I am disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism displayed today and WILL NEVER RETURN to this establishment. I will tell everybody I know about my experience and will encourage others to look elsewhere for braiders. Oh, and for the record...this is the second time I have been turned away at this salon! I gave them a pass the first time because it was a holiday weekend. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE LIKE I DID
