If I could've I would've gave them 0 stars!!! First off, I came to them like a month ago in 3years! Because 3years ago when I did get my hair done there, it was flawless! But that day... Lord! I don't know what to say....first off...just cause you're an African!, Doesn't mean you can do hair!(braids or whatever) I showed a pic of what I wanted, if you couldn't do it, shouldn't never took my money!!! I paid a 100$ for feed in braided ponytail!(big/smalls ones) that looked nothing like the picture!!! Jeanna tried to make me like my hair, until my aunt came in and said it's not the same hairstyle! So I had to get my hair did twice less then 48hours...to get nothing but attitude from the Owner(I believe)??? Talking in their language, pulling my hair and didn't think I knew what they were saying but I did! I will never return to Jeanna again! Rude! Rude! Rude! They should have a sign that says" WE ONLY DO CERTAIN HAIRSTYLES"!!!

If I could give this salon a -1 star God knows I would. I visited her salon on 4/3/18 to have medium sized box braids installed. When I left her, I didnâ€™t see any issues with the braids. I tried to style them and I couldnâ€™t because strains of hair from other braids were braided into braids. I notice that my parts werenâ€™t even. Braids in the back are bigger then they are in the front, the ends of my braids are falling out ALL OVER the place...theyâ€™re matted. Itâ€™s now 4/12/18 and the roots of my hair are coming out of the braids. Wait...I forgot to mention that she cut a few braids when she was cutting the fly aways before dipping my hair in the hot water. Today I called to tell her about all the issues I have with the style. She told me there was nothing that she could do. I tie my hair up before going to bed, I havenâ€™t been swimming, so thereâ€™s no reason I should be having these problems a WEEK LATER. I paid her $140 and I drove from Raleigh. PLEASE save your and donâ€™t get your hair braided here. Thatâ€™s $140 that Iâ€™ve just thrown away.

I love coming to Jeanne's salon and getting my hair needs addressed. She always makes sure that I am well taken care of. I now live in Texas but when I visit Georgia this is always my first stop and I will recommend this shop to anyone. If only I could convince her to open a place in Texas ðŸ˜Š
