Called the shop early in the am asking about Ghana braids. I was told they could do them and to bring in the picture of the style that I wanted. Once I arrived, everyone was professional and friendly. I was told it would be $90 for what I wanted in the picture I provided. Then after a brief discussion between the stylist that would be doing my hair and who I’m assuming to be the owner of the shop, the price increased to $120. After the price increase I STILL said that was fine. Long story short, my style was altered and looked NOTHING like the picture I brought in as an example even though I was told that they COULD do the style I wanted AND I would love it. The braids I ended up with were MUCH BIGGER than what I wanted originally especially for the price I had to pay. This was my first time going to this shop and will probably be my last. Not only am I not happy with the style BUT I have to wear this style because I don’t want my money to go to waste. Truly disappointed.... 😔

These women really know what they are doing. I am super satisfied with my box braids! TIma was really down to earth and welcoming as any shop owner should be. She did an awesome job! Not to mention they were super fast too. I recommend this shop without a doubt!

I called Tima Monday morning for an appointment for individual braids that day and she told me to come in. When I got there, I went straight to the chair. I dont get my hair braided often so I wasn't sure about some things but the lady who started my hair was very patient and friendly. Everyone in the shop was friendly so the atmostphere was cool. I have thick hair so it took about 5 hours which was great for me! My braids are very neat and i love them! Thank you for a great experience! I will definitely go back!

Everyone was friendly and my individual braids look great. They are A little tight, but i forgot to ask for them to not be so tight. I would definitely go back.

I went in for kinky twists. I had never had kinky twists installed. Two women worked on my hair for 7 hrs straight. The results were beyond what I expected. I am a VERY happy customer and will be returning regularly.
