I had a terrible experience at this place. Since I had a Great Clips coupon, they treated me rudely. I was made to wait for a while to verify coupon, the oriental stylist who gave me haircut was done in 3 minutes (Imagine what kind of haircut was that) !! She even told me to go to a salon in Kroger complex to get 7.95 haircut !! I said I was a paying customer and I don't need her advice as where to get my haircut , the two oriental hairstylist made fun of me in their native language. The cut was not done right and the next day when I called manager, she said she will call me back and She Never Called !!! I wish I could give 0 star to this place. Avoid this particular location if you are a coupon customer.

I’ve been using GreatClips for the past few years with no problems. Half the time the stylists at different locations have done a great job and it was a relief to not pay the expensive prices of other salons to get an identical cut. That being said, do not go to this location! There are other locations where the stylists are professional, friendly, and exactly what you are looking for. This location is none of those things. I’ve had ear piercings for years but this was the first time a stylist has snagged one of my piercings in a comb and continued to yank after it happened. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had while getting my hair cut. I didn’t feel comfortable with her near my head. It took the other stylist finally getting involved before I could finally get them to understand that I wasn’t happy and I wasn’t comfortable. They said I could leave and, no, I didn’t have to pay for a cut that lasted less than five minutes. As I stepped out of the store I heard her tell the other stylist that I was just crazy. I will never be going back to this store.

Not good with kids. Had to request to brush through hair once "stylist" was completed. Hair looked better when we came in. Do not go here!

I went into this salon on Saturday and regretted it immediately upon seeing what had been done to my hair. I went in and asked for a light trim. The stylist was polite and repeated to me light trim twice, as I was already a little nervous since I'd never been to this location and the ratings weren't that great. My light trim turned into a layered and ultra short hair cut. Granted, my hair was not significantly long to start with, but I'd been growing it out since it takes a while for it to have some length. It was my first time in year being able to pull my hair up into a ponytail and now I have a really short haircut, which I did not ask for. When I told the stylist that I hadn't asked for layers and only wanted a light trim, she said that my hair looked beautiful the way SHE cut it. I didn't go into the salon to pay for a haircut that someone else wanted. She did not seem to care that I wasn't happy leaving the chair. It was the first time I have ever cried over my hair being cut short. I am usually not one to care about hair length, but growing it back has been challenging and this was an utter disappointment. I will never go here again.
