I asked for them to braid my hair so I can crochet braids on and they did a terrible job. When I called a few days later to let them know my braids were coming lose they said they would call me back and never did. Definitely could've had a huge supporter but I wouldn't recommend this place at all! There's a really great plane in sandy springs!

First had an appointment with the owner that had an emergency and didn't write my appt in the book. Had to wait 5 hours after told it was an hour wait after they startes No apologies...... Second issue I have tree braids that came out within a week. A wasted $160 plus dollars as I purchased human blend hair. There is a braid at your risk policy in fine print.... 😣

So two weeks ago I went in to have my hair done there was nice at first I wanted my hair done to the middle of my back I got it to my shoulders I realized it three days later when I let my hair down I called and I was hung up on by the owner she was very rude very argumentative and unapologetic I paid $190 all of the front braid and the back braids slipped out , owner very unprofessional would never go back there again and I have. Unfortunately I had to take out my whole hair cuz everything pretty much came out by a week to my hair was done on Valentines Day now it's out Owner I am awaiting your reply on this negative feedback I swing to you that I was a single mother that work very hard for my money and that your braids came out within two weeks I had to take out my whole hair please explain why you're so unfair and why couldn't you correct your work because you have a sign up about your policy being only 3 days but your braids came out in about a week and my hair is all natural by the way to anyone reading this review would not recommend

My first visit was very pleasant plan on going back for more crochet I try to be the first one scheduled to be done quick! Braider was fast and efficient to me.
