When you make an appointment for two haircuts for your daughters (and yes we were 7 minutes late because this was our first time at the salon and went to the wrong salon one street over) you expect them to get the salon experience. When the first thing I am met with is you don't have time to wash their hair and you just want to do a dry cut and when I ask for long layers on my 9 year old you tell me they are a lot of work, btw I have long layers, I am aware of the work and I insist on them. Then my daughters both get less than 30 minutes and you did NOT give my oldest long layers because again you informed me they are a lot of work and my children looked just like they did when they went in expect for their ends being trimmed. Since when am I "not allowed" to get the haircut I ask for for my daughter because of your opinion on how much work it takes?THEN you charge me $40 for these "haircuts" that great clips could have done for less money with a wash and blow dry. However I didn't choose great clips because I want better quality for myself and my children. I did not get that. The front desk girl even went to ask if it was still full price because they did not get the full treatment the stylist insisted on the full price. She was visibly embarrassed. You lost 3 new customers from one act of terrible customer service. Moral of the story, don't make appointments you don't have time for and then hand out terrible customer service on top of that. This is literally my first negative google rating but I still am seething about this the next day.
