Sleek, cool atmosphere here, but don't go here expecting assistance from the staff. I purchase 90% of my hair care, and make up from Amazon, and other on line businesses (organic or prestige), so when I go to a shop I like to see the product, and access help (at times). On my last visit, 2 out of 3 sales staff were standing around, carrying on conversations. I captured the attention of one of the 3 who answered a question, but did little else to lead me to products or offer suggestions, while their attitude displayed outright annoyance that I dare interrupt their conversation (don't always need suggestions, but I was needing it for make up, then ). I still spent around $100, and found a couple of good deals, too. In the early years of Ulta, I enjoyed fantastic customer service, while often purchasing things I might not have discovered. Hey Ulta management: In this age of Amazon, as well as many other beauty retailers on line, you must step up your game by offering top notch customer service. The last 2 times I've been in your stores, your customer service team was sorely lacking. Get with the program or go the way of other brick and mortar retailers.
