Absolutely the worst experience! The place was empty and the two stylist argued about which one was going to have to cut my hair! I had been going for years never again!

The worst place I’ve stepped in, went there this morning to get my mother who is in a wheel chair just a wash and blow dry, walked in the door , no clients ,so I thought oh this shouldn’t take long , went to the counter there was a Gentleman and a lady ( she said her name was Che’ ) not sure I believe that ... , the gentleman Richard was busy cleaning his area , Che sitting in the back chair with her head hanging back resting , I said hello since no one bothered and she instantly said “ you here for Shannon” ? I said no she said what you need? I just stood for a minute before answering and finally said we just want a shampoo and blow dry for my mother, she said with curlers? I said no, are you ok to do it, cause she clearly let me know I was bothering her... she said “ITS MY JOB AIN’T IT? I politely said no Ma’am not with us it is not... I turned around and left and went directly to Great Clips by Kroger and was Welcomed there. Never will I make this mistake again !!! I would not give 1 star if it allowed me to post without it!!

horrible place to go , messed up my husbands. It’s totally uneven in the front and the back . When he asked the lady to fix it , she had a pissy attitude!!!! I WOULD NOT go there, save your money and your hair!

HORRIBLE!!! If you want your hair destroyed then please come here. They don't listen to what you want they just cut how they want to. Took my son here and they butchered his hair....HORRIBLE. While we were in there they messed up on 2 other gentleman's hair. They didn't offer to refund the money or anything. STAY AWAY!!!
