Ill start by saying i don't ever write reviews, but I had to after this visit. Came in because i just moved to the area and saw sign for $6.99 haircuts. BIG mistake. I didnt mind the wait, but once I sat down everything was completely rushed. Barely asked me any questions about what I wanted and almost immediately started cutting away. I specified I wanted the top to be left a certain length but the hair. just. kept. coming. off... The "stylist" put 0 effort or concentration into this cut. She was talking to the rest of the people there while cutting my hair and by the time I could get a word in edge-wise, it was too late. At the end, I mustve not been hiding my face well because she asked, "oh, did i take too much off?" I politely told her yes, but that it's okay. I was really just disappointed by the lack of any effort or consideration. Seriously unprofessional. I guess you get what you pay for. Ill never be back.

Love this place! Used to just stop wherever was closest to get a haircut thinking it would be the same experience anywhere until the hair stylists at this Great Clips made me realize it could be an enjoyable experience. No longer do I find myself putting off a haircut after walking in to see the 30 people waiting in front of me or shrugging off a bad haircut telling myself, "well at least it grows back fast". I've never left this place without feeling good about the haircut, price, time and experience. Keep up the great work!

Hubby needed a hair cut so I told him we would go to the great clips. Well my father in law decided to get his hair cut too. He checked in online, while I walked into the store to put hubby on the waiting list. They write down his name and number and tell me I'm good. We walk around Ross for 25 minutes while we wait for our turn (we have our 2 year old with us, so sitting still would have been a very unpleasant experience.) We come back and my father in law was second in line, while hubby wasn't even on the list. Well that's when we were told we would have to wait 30 more minutes. We will NEVER return to Great clips. Terrible customer service.

Every time I go to this salon, I always have a great experience! My haircuts are always well-blended and even and the staff there are so nice and friendly! I would highly recommend anyone who is looking for a great haircut to come to this place... I've never been let down! :D

Worst haircut ever! One side was longer than the other when she finished. I'm not sure what she thought she was doing. All the other stylists seemed interested as they would stop ever so often and watch her from there station.The stylists at my local great clips were happy to "fix her mess". I think my 7 yr old couldv'e done a better job himself. I won't be back at this location.
