I was a first time walk-in client. I will absolutely go back! My stylist was LaBria and she was prompt, efficient, friendly, and competent. She had me walking out of there with a smile on my face and feeling good with my new style. I will definitely go back and will be booking LaBria in the future.

After getting off work, I Had an appointment with Mario - I'd planned to get the works and really go all out for my hair that day - I'd heard great things about the salon, however, from the time I walked in the door - he (Mario) never acknowledged me or greeted me. Basically he treated me as though I wasn't there and he didn't want to be bothered. WOW! He was putting in a relaxer and in between her and another client, he sat on his phone! I was shocked at how unprofessional and rude he was. I'm not sure why he acted that way but this was the worst salon experience I've ever had. After 20 minutes just sitting and looking - I walked out. This may be a good salon, but my experience was very disappointing. Won't ever go back.

Mario scheduled me for 3 same day and when I left the salon at 315 he was still not there! The only other person in the salon was another first time customer who said he left her there over 30 min before I arrived with bleach in her hair! Another first time customer arrived at the same time and her stylist had also left the salon. Really pissed that I wasted my gas but kinda relieved that I didnâ€™t get my hair done here.
