I want to give this salon 0 stars, because it's what I feel it deserves. This was my first experience at the salon and it did not get off to a great start. My stylist was 20 minutes late, and when she came in she did not apologize for her tardiness. She completely messed my hair up! I have never been so disappointed in my whole life. My hair looked so bad that I immediately went to my car and cried. I work really hard for what I have. I never treat myself to anything, so I was happy that I was going to get my hair done and do something for me for a change. I wasted my time and my money. I deeply regret going here. Not everyone can do natural hair, so it is deceitful to claim to have someone who does natural hair and doesn't. I took pictures of my hair and everyone I shared them with apologized for my experience and how messed up my hair turned out. I am so embarrassed. I don't want to go to work looking like this!

First off I appreciate their website and being able to go and set an appointment anytime. Also seeing who's available to do your hair. The first time I went my stylist was Briona. She's sweet and friendly. I like that she ask you about the style of your hair before she gets started. She also will let you know how much it would be before hand. My hair is shoulder length and it looked great. My has was very straight and it stayed straight for over 2weeks. The overall shop is nice clean and a pretty good atmosphere...

I just got my hair done at unique creation and samaiya did a great job I love my hair I got a lace front and she did a amazing job thank you samaiya 5 stars with be returning

Love my hair. Been natural 3-4 yrs; only pressed out twice in that time. Got a Steam hydration and Natural silk press. I'm tender headed and never said ouch once. Cece did a lovely job. Very affordable also.

The Salon stylist are very talented the challenge is it is difficult to relax and enjoy the experience. They play this awful rap music which is not appealing to mature professional women. If they are charging upscale prices then create an upscale environment. Why not soft jazz???? I have seen several stylist and they are talented but I cannot handle the loud rap music. My nerves are wrecked when I leave the salon. I guess I will have to find a salon that caters to the clients rather than the stylist. Sad! The music totally destroys the experience.
