NEVER AGAIN!! If I could give them no stars it would be too many. They put some type of straightener in my naturally curly hair. I went for a simple blow out. I was charged 95.00 and half of my hair has fallen out. When I called to ask what they pit on my hair, I was told to come in and they'll take it out!!!! I only asked for a 35.00 blowout!! I have attached pictures of when I washed my hair. It KEEPS coming out and my hair texture has completely changed!!

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!! THEY ARE PUTTING STRAIGTNER IN NATURALLY CURLY HAIR. MY HAIR IS LONG AND HALF HAS COMPLETELY FELL OUT AND CONTINUED TO FALL OUT FOR MONTHS!! MY CURL PATTERN HAS COMPLETELY CHANGED!! YOU WONT RECOGNIZE IT UNTIL AFTER A MONTH YOU WILL NOTICE ALL THE SHEDDING IF YOU HAVE NATURAL BLACK HAIR. I WILL BE SUING THEM!!

This salon was awful!!!! I went in for a roller set and the stylist did not use setting lotion. When I realized my hair was not holding a curl, I brought it to her attention. She stated that you have to request setting lotion next time. I was horrified especially when my hair puffed up the next day. When I called the owner the next day, she stated that I would have to pay again. Then she told me to come in the next day and she would redo it for free. I called before coming to the redo appointment and she was on vacation. She purposely dodged me. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Bad service all the way around!

I love coming to Anna's, great staff and great atmosphere!! She is very knowledgeable and always treats me like family..Love how she cuts my hair everytime..I am always a satisfied customer walking in and walking out. Thank You!!
