I have been going to Great Clips for the past 15 years. Over those 15 years I have been to over a dozen locations and this one, by far, is the worst. I got my hair cut by an old lady with mid-sized length gray hair. I was so pissed I don't even remember her name. Not only did she have to recut my hair because it was two completely different lengths on either side, but she was also inebriated. Every time she exhaled I smelled alcohol on her. I will NEVER go back to this location, ever again. Just for everyone to know, I get a zero at neck line, faded to a one on the sides and a little off the top. Too simple to really mess up, but this lady did it. Anyone who works there that is reading this, feel free to look up my name in your database and call me. I will be happy to talk to someone if I don't call corporate first.

I usually get pretty good haircuts at this location, but on a recent visit, I got the worst haircut of my life! She seemed to be in a big hurry, which is a bad sign (she is no longer with the company). Sides weren't blended well, hair on the top-back of my head was cut so short it wouldn't lay down for months, and the neckline was cut ridiculously too high. So, I went back for a "re-do" to have what could be fixed, fixed. I said "whatever you do, don't make the top-back shorter!" Well, she made it even shorter!! Incredible! I had to use gel on that area for 2-1/2 months until my next haircut! -- I usually get haircuts about every five weeks. I looked like hell, all through the holidays. I wrote to the company regarding this, got a response that this location was independently owned, and would receive a call from the franchisee. I got NO RESPONSE from him/her! Unbelievable!

Not the best experienced, took awhile for me to get signed in, Gale asked me what I wanted and told her to just take sime length off and we proceeded. When she asked me if I liked it, I asked her of she could take another inch off and she responded with "are you kidding me?" I was shocked and in my head I'm thinking isn't tbis what I am paying you for, she gave me attitude, because I have a lot of hair. She then tried to be nice after not talking to me at all through the process just so she could get a tip, probably. I'm a nice person and gave her a tip, but never going back there again. Go somewhere else.

Went in for a 2in trim, got an unwanted 3in trim. I have been to this location before, and received decent, not great, haircuts. Not the first bad one i have received here. Do not recommend.
