Lisa has been my professional hair stylist for almost two years and I will continue to be a loyal customer because she is a very knowledgeable, caring and accommodating professional with the gift of hair care and transformation. I came to Lisa looking to maintain the same terrible hair care method for wearing extensions and she simply told me that she was going to move me in another direction and she has done so ever since. If you enjoy a peaceful, calming and tranquil atmosphere when you are enjoying your hair transformation experience, this is the salon to for you. Through my hair transformation journey, she has allowed me to try different methods for hair care and extensions, which I made some mistakes by not following her orders. But Lisa always checked on me and has gotten me back on track with my journey to healthy hair. I feel like Lisa is a close friend who always has encouraging, funny, heartfelt and enjoyable conversations with me when I come for services. She has been the best stylist I have had in many years and I strongly encourage you to visit her salon ASAP.

I have worn hair extensions for 4 years and when my stylist moved, I searched for a new one and chose Lisa at Hair Culture in Johns Creek due to her convenient location to my home. I was hoping not to have to write this but due to the lack of responsiveness from the owner, Lisa, I felt compelled to. I had 2 packs of Cinderella hair extensions "installed" a few months ago at a cost of $450 plus tip. Shortly thereafter, they began to tangle, matt and became so unmanageable and unsightly that after several conversations with Lisa and the people at Cinderella, I removed them and returned them for inspection. Since I have worn extensions for several years, I am aware when hair is good or not. This was bad hair. It happens from time to time but I was really disappointed that after I did everything she told me (and another $150 in products and styling tools), they still were matting/tangling. Now I am out $650, have no hair and no response from her or the Cinderella people. I feel completely taken advantage of. Please do not go there.
