Unlikely to return. This was a gift for my husband and he was not satisfied with his cut or bear tint. The lady missed several hairs on the back of his head, of which I noticed later since he was not given a mirror to look while he was there. Got a bear tint for the first time and had tint all over his hands from having to hold the towel under his chin because the lady did not put his cape back on. Tint stains was all over and around chin and cheeks. Water on his clothes while washing his hair... We just expected a better quality experience for what we were paying for. While getting his hair treatment, he found out that she was new and nervous as she has not had much experience. My husband felt bad to say anything about his frustrating experience when asked if he was satisfied, out of fear that she would get in trouble. I had to push him to go back because he just felt so embarrassed. That is not the experience I wanted him to have especially for his first time ( as a birthday gift). In return, I felt terrible for even scheduling him to go.
They did, however, have another barber correct the issues and offered some additional services for free after there was some confusion. My husband loved how he looked after that.
I do appreciate the store for making it up. I just don't think he will be going back again if given the choice.
