Stylist Tahese has no customer service. She's rude and had me waiting over 1 hour as a walk in but took clients that came in after me because she said they had an appointment. My understanding is that Smart style do not take appointment, it's a first come first serve salon. I pay not only for my style, but the customer service provided. It appears if you are not HER regular customers, she will cast YOU to the side.

I wanted quite a bit of length taken off and was pleased to find a stylist that listened.. however, she bragged about having a 6.5 minute haircut. The reason it didn't take her long is because she literally just combed my hair out and cut it off. She didn't blend it, she did no texturing. I walked out of there, having tipped her for her time and everything to look like I just got out of grandma's kitchen chair from getting a bowl cut. I'll never go back here.

Do not go here if u want a blonde root touch up or blonde. I had highlights that grew out and asked for a blonde touch up the lady bleached my hair and it was orange and then did something to fix it and it was still orange. My hair is orange and then my highlights of brown and blonde. I will be calling coroportate because what ever see did I canâ€™t fix my hair now. I want to a new salon to toner it and fix it and they cannot so my hair is completely messed up. My hair is ruined I went to a place to pay money to get something done and itâ€™s ruined!! Completely unprofessional if you canâ€™t do the job just say no. I got a refund but thatâ€™s not enough how can you mess up somebodyâ€™s hair that bad. Do not go here iâ€™ve never had such a bad hair color in my life.

My stylist name is Miss Tahese. She has that "Touch " , to make you feel like your stress is relieved from the time you're in her care. She educates you on what you should and probably should not do to your hair. She encourages truly Healthy hair....I'm newly natural , but my four daughters have always been natural. She has been doing my family's hair for 13+ years. She has been such a blessing to us.
