Let me start this by saying this was my first visit to this salon and she has definitely gained a new client! I called on Saturday morning to see when I would be able to get an appointment. I explained that due to a mishap from another salon the month before my hair was breaking and I had hair loss in some areas. I told her I knew I needed to cut my hair an gave her the possible style. I had read other reviews on her an saw pics and videos that showcased her work so I was very confident that my cut would be fierce. We scheduled an appointment for first thing that Wednesday morning, however I decided to send her a pic of my hair and she told me to come in that day. I arrived at the salon as she was finishing up a client whose hair looked AMAZING so she got me into her chair almost immediately. I found out not long after that she was so concerned about my hair that she actually extended her hours that day just to see me, talk about service! She was able to treat my hair, tell me what could've possibly gone wrong at the last "salon", and give me tips on what to do moving forward. She knew that I was upset about having to cut my hair as short as she needed to so she talked me through the entire process and really tried to make me feel comfortable even when I gave her a hard time. It was a bitter sweet experience for me because I didn't want to have to cut my hair this short but she made sure I walked out of there with confidence through the roof and with this amazing style!! I've received nothing but compliments since, just like she said I would.

I love Nicole! I have been going to her for years. I get so many compliments when I get my hair done. I go every 2 weeks. She not only does hair but cares for your hair! You can't go wrong!!! Oh and she has you in and out!

As a first time client, I went to see Ms. Nicole this past weekend at Shear South. The atmosphere was pleasant and my hair experience was AMAZING! Nicole was very precise with my hair cut. My confidence shot to the moon. I can't wait to go back!

Nicole London has a special gift of capturing your individual personality and creating a "doo" that fits you perfectly! The salon is beautiful. The other professionals are wonderful and the salon environment is welcoming and friendly. I enjoy my weekly beauty /therapeutic sessions...
