I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The ladies are great and they always provide great service. This is the only place I go for a haircut.

I have coming here since day one. We have have had several stylists in the years we have been here and most have good but SHANNON is by far the best of any. She is very friendly and talks with the customers I always check in on line. I have waiting for over an hour just to let SHANNON do my hair and beard. Most clients want SHANNON and don't mind waiting for her. The last 2 management needed a lot of improvement and caused a lot of customers to leave. However the management now is absolutely the best and such a blessing compared to others. We enjoy coming here and we come almost every week. PLEASE Make sure you keep SHANNON and the staff you have now. Keep up the great work. Great service and wonderful people.

This location is the worse. No customer service skills, horrible job on my hair. Do yourself a favor and thank me later. Head down to Supercuts. Best service, best cuts and loves to do kids hair.

This place is awful. I knew that but still decided to get my 2 year olds hair cut here. From the moment we walked in it was obvious they didn’t want to do a child’s cut. We waited the 30 min wait as quoted. Even though at one point there were 4 of us in the waiting area will all the girls outside smoking no where to be found. Sara comes back inside smelling so strong of smoke and proceeds to be super rude to my child- who is a super chill for a 2 year old. I should have left then. At the end of the cut she had a towel and was wiping him down. She was so rough and wasn’t paying attention and she made him slide out of the chair. It wasn’t like he was squirming at the time or trying to get up. Do yourself a favor and NEVER GO HERE WITH A CHILD. I wish I could leave 0 stars. This place needs new management with some supervision over this train wreck of a place.

The bethleham store has the worst customer service. My husband walked in, walk ins welcome, and every single person in there ignored him. He walked out after 20 minutes. Typical of Bethleham, Ga store.
