I always make an appointment, although I do see a lot of walk-ins. If you want a specific person to do your hair at a specific time, I suggest making an appointment. Tien, Van, and Han have all worked on my hair, and I'm VERY pleased with all of them. Great cuts, color, and style. Very professional and friendly ladies.

According to them they don't "do people's hair like mine" (black people) so if your african American this isn't the shop for you apparently. And according to one of the white customers I should go to the barber shop a few stores down because they probably "do hair like mine" there. Wow! Never in my LIFE have I EVER experienced something like this!

Van's great. I close my eyes, let her do her job, and walk out a happy customer. I usually make an appointment, but I think walk in's are fine.

I went here for about two yrs. Tien does a good job. But about a year ago I decided too cut my hair short when I went to go let her cut it she keep trying put me off on Han to do it so I let Han cut it cause she kept insisting. Han did a choppy job. Needless to say it's still short a year later. I tried going back to get Tien to cut and color. Everytime it was I can't do the color or she always had appointments. One time she said she didn't do the color and she was the only one to touch my hair it just had grown out. Anyway so I decide to go back today as a faithful customer and give it another shot. I went in and asked her if she could cut my hair she said yes have a seat. She had a customer in her chair. I waited about 15min when she got done she looked a me and said Han will be done in a min. Ummmm... I asked you can you cut my hair! Then she played dumb oh I didn't hear that. Well I got an appointment coming. so I said what about after that..I got 3 or 4 more. Like I said I wanted you to cut it, then she was like well since Han cut it a couple of times I thought it was OK for her to cut it. Han only cut it once! Tien said we'll call and make an appointment. Yeah nope you had me sitting there for 15 min and acted dumb. I brought you two customer in over the few years just lost a faithful customer, plus two and got a review. Customer service went down hill. If you dont want to cut someone hair just say so instead of trying to be fake. Only reason I gave two stars cause she does do a good job. But customer service is also what I look at especially when your a faithful customer.
