i went in excited about a change and i felt confident due to the 5 star rating on here. i have no idea how this place has 5 stars. i got a HORRIBLE color. the woman did not go off the picture i showed whatsoever. not what i wanted at all. the color was sloppy, wasn’t even brought all the way to my scalp; it started about half an inch down. i got an ombré and there was a straight line on my left side going from brown to blonde. bleeding also occurred so it was splotchy. there was no blending whatsoever.i am now having to get my hair fixed. i would have loved for it to have been done correct the first time. she also left my hair in foil for an hour and a half but told me it was only supposed to sit for 30 minutes. keep in mind, she wasn’t even checking it. she only checked the color once and it was AFTER the hour and a half. she did not use toner on my blonde either, so hello yellow hair. i also needed a trim and the lady used a razor and cut off way more than i asked. the cut and color looked so bad, i didn’t even feel comfortable wearing my hair down. i DO NOT reccomend this place. save your money.
