I didnâ€™t want to write a negative review because I always try to find the good in every situation. I paid $220 for a style that I do not like. I was excited to come to the salon because I saw someoneâ€™s hair that I liked and wanted that style. The customer service needs improvement. I felt like I was a child getting my hair done by my mother. No one asked me any questions. The person doing my hair kept pushing my head when I tried to look in the mirror to see how it looked before going any further. One lady finally came in later and noticed that I wanted to see my hair and offered to pause to let me look in the mirror. I didnâ€™t want my twist to be as tiny as they turned out. If the other stylist had taken the time to ask questions and let me look in the mirror I would have chosen another style. I was very uncomfortable the whole time and couldnâ€™t wait to get home. The stylist kept trying to convince me to like the style which was annoying. People know what they want when they come to a salon and that should be respected. Clients have a right to look at their hair in the mirror especially when they are spending so much time and money on a style.

I went to get Micro braids at Zara's shop and my experience was exceptional from start to finish. Zara employee's came exactly on time. Im tender headed and I let the lady know before she started my hair and she braided so soft for me that I was actually falling asleep in the chair lol. I told them i had to be out by 2pm for work... and they had me finished at 1:10. I have been going to them for years when they first started off and my experience has been getting better and better. They have a beautiful shop and nice humble people work there. I would highly recommend this place. Definitely worth every drop of my money..Im loving my hair alsoðŸ˜€

This I the worst place ever to get ur braids or any hair done. They tell u a price on the phone and when u get there it is way more money. She charged 85.00. For a touch up on braids and they were big! Did not even wash the braids. When I told her, she said I was rude and called the cops. Bad business. I rather travel than bring my daughter's back here!
