I had a last minute event to go to and found this shop online. It was Saturday and I didn't have an appointment and my hair is thick and natural so I was prepared for a long day. To my surprise I got in right away and even though there were lots of folks there everything moved super efficiently. And my hair was gorgeous and bouncy. I'll definitely come back!

First time visit to the shop it was clean the 3 ladies in the shop were very hospitable with greetings and very professional. I came in to get a wash (deep conditioning) and press, now i'm all natural so I was unsure they would be able to handle my hair but they did from the conditioning to the press. I'm truly satisfied with the outcome amazing job was done. I will be back in two weeks. For a sat. which normally is a busy day I was in & out no more than 2 hrs later. (prices are great to) Thank you.

Customer service is horrible ..... and they take forever without checking on u....... very very bad my first and last time here... all they do is eat stand around and talk to each other... very bad customer service
