Im one of those guys who chases my hair stylist when I find a good one. I've been going here to see Tao for years now. She makes this location one of the best haircut shops in all of Gwinnett. Great, consistent cut every time!

Other great clips are good, but this one is not.

He cut my hair shorter than I would have liked despite having notes on how I like it. I have been going to great clips in other locations for a long time and no matter who I get, I get pretty much the same haircut that I like. But this one was different. Still it didnâ€™t turn out bad or half cropped or anything like that. So I am giving 3 stars. The second time I went here the same guy who wears a suit was in a hurry and did a terrible job. He cut my sideburns without asking me and made them terribly short. The two didnâ€™t even align. I have been trying grown them back for over a month. Absolutely horrible person. Donâ€™t go here.

They good people in there it all depends on who you get to cut your hair. 5 years ago I swore I'd never walk back into one however they are around the corner and I got this really nice older Asian lady

Worse customer service I have ever experienced! Very disappointed with the attitude of this particular staff, Emma!! I tried to give her a tip and she literally threw the money back at me! Iâ€™m glad she feels rich, I guess she doesnâ€™t need any tip! Will never go to this place again. Just FYI EMMA, tip is something that the customer gives as a gratuity for GREAT service given to a customer NOT awful service.
