This is the third and last time this will happen from this place. Have an appointment we go in 15 min early. While waiting 4 walk ins come in and get right in. We’re still waiting. At 1 min before our “appointment” time another walk in comes in and is rushed right by us. 5 min after our scheduled mess,still waiting. So we get up inform them we’re done there and they act all surprised. Three times this has happened. Two times at least they have done a poor quality of a cut. I wouldn't recommend a dog to go here for a cut. Garbage service.

I just wanted to say Destiny was the best. She fixed my hair braids from a previous salon. For no cost at all I just wanted to tell her thank you very much I would recommend Destiny to anyone. Really good service.

I feel the salon has went down hill for sometime now. Very over priced for the in and out service. Don't get me started on the environment and how its falling apart and so out of date. My stylist told me if you leaned on a wall the wall pushes in by the sinks and that the salon is the exact same from 20 years ago. When I was getting a service the sinks where not even working and the water was too hot then cold and barley coming out of the faucet. Not only that is was dirty and stains everywhere on the walls and floors and dust balls on the ceiling which I seen when getting my hair washed. The scheduling is a joke as well trying to make an appoinment is very upsetting so I dealt with my stylist who is no longer there thank goodness. I feel like I needed to make an honest review for those looking to go to Jcpenney Salon. So don't waste your hard earned money. I don't know about the new manager but the previous one was super unprofessional very rude and would stare at herself in the mirror instead of talking to me as a paying client. She also had very inappropriate conversations that made me feel uneasy and I could tell my stylist too. Not worth it, I only went in a few time cause It was hard to stomach all of it. I really have not had a salon experience like that before.

I am highly disappointed in my recent experiences with JCP salon! After finding out that Our FAVORITE girl Megan had left, I followed through and scheduled my 2 year old sons hair cut anyway.. little did I know his poor hair would be butchered and chopped so horribly.. when you can see layers across the whole top of his head, something went very wrong.. I sure learned my lesson and will be following my girl Meghan to Elite Stylist salon off blue lakes. I have gone to JCP for a while and have watched this place slowly go down hill; customer service was horrible, employees/managers were rude, and the salon itself is just filthy.

If I could give negative stars I would do that.... this salon is in the dark ages and so very unprofessional that I will not be wasting my time and money there any more especially since my girl Meghan is at Elite now.... I will follow her to the ends of the earth...
