The two past haircuts I got from GC were not what I wanted. The first one I received I accepted as probably the worker possibly being new. She gave me the exact same haircut as the man ahead of me even though it was not what I asked for. We both said the same thing when she got done "wow it's short." The last time (yesterday the 27th of August 2018) I tried to explain what I wanted better. I mentioned how short the last cut was and I didn't like it. LOL I say that because yesterday's cut was even worse. Truly I could have and have done better myself. I explicitly said I didn't want the sides shaved. I simply want it to be 2 1/2 inches on top tapered down to nothing. It is 1 1/2 inches on the top via tape measure. I didn't see the guarantee on the receipt until I got home. I'm disappointed I wasn't comped somehow or it was even mentioned. I extremely dislike that the stylist kept asking me questions on what tools to use. That is her job to know not mine. If she had asked me simply if I preferred any specific tools it would have been better because I could as I did say no. This is the worst haircut I have ever received including one s I gave myself. I was nice and gave a two dollar tip even though I told both stylists I was unhappy and when I walked out the door I stated at least it will grow back.

A lady in there took me in last minute rushed with my haircut didn’t listen to what I asked for and cut way to much hair off .. extremely dissatisfied
