Love this place

The stylists are great super friendly atmosphere. At times its a bit of a wait but I have had great cuts and colors from This location.

I've had fairly good luck with haircuts here when I can't get in with my usual barber. Prices are good for the quality haircut. My biggest gripe with this place is that I always check if they are open before making the drive from Moscow to Pullman, but it seems like more often than not, I get here and there's a sign in the door saying they've "stepped out for a few", "Ran to the bank", or something similar with no return time. You would think that people don't run errands while they're "at work". Unfortunately, I've stopped coming here because of this.

I got a haircut from this place yesterday. I came in and immediately the only worker there seemed half asleep which should have been my cue to leave. I asked to keep it long up top and to have the sides and back blend naturally into the longer hair. I had been growing the sides and back out so that it would be a more natural blend. Not only did the worker buzz the sides off so that no blending would be possible, he also botched my right side leaving a faint bald spot. When I came on the next day to get a refund for the terrible haircut the woman behind the counter was acting very passive aggressive and rude even though I politely showed her the spot I wasn't pleased wit. She behaved as though I was lying and was all around unprofessional and rude. They didn't refund my tip and now I have to walk around with this awful haircut for a few weeks to a month. Never go here.

I won't go anywhere else to get my hair colored. Ty does such a fantastic job, and the whole crew is a blast. If you want party colors I highly recommend you go to Supercuts and let them go wild with whatever their heart desires.

I was a bit hesitant at first to go here, but you can’t beat their prices. They did an incredible job! I have long hair, that was in desperate need of a trim. Not only did they trim off the perfect amount to get all those split ends off, while keeping the length, but the type of layers, and amount that the stylist did was absolutely perfect! Furthermore, she did the face framing so well! I’ve gotten haircuts before in which it was choppy. They also had excellent customer service!
