Being a long-haired 55-year-old male I’ve sure had my experience with haircutting places. I can even intimidate the most professional of them all that think they know everything. When you ask ...“ I only want my earlobesearlobes to show”that’s all you’re asking for somebody to listen to you. I speak my mind if I walk out of there looking like “Howdy Duty”I’m gonna be pissed! I’ve been going to great clips for so long now I can not actually say how long honestly. The team within those doors has listened and taken care of my family (six kids, nine grandchildren),so well that all I have to do is walk in and sit down in the chair and same as before. It has a small-town atmosphere that makes you feel appreciated for being there. awesome... highly recommended. Thank you girls for being there!!!

Got my haircut from Cameron. He was great. Quick, polite, and efficient. Chatted nicely for a little while about his new job there, he seemed to really like it, and it showed. He did a great job on the customer service aspect and the haircut was well done also. And I didn't have to sit in the chair for a long long time either. Which was great because I work 6 days a week and don't have much time off. Thanks!

Excellent Service from Cameron A coworker of mine recommended that I get my haircut by "the new guy" and I have to say it was excellent!! I have been going to great clips here in ponderay for quite some time and today I was shocked to have received an A++ customer service experience with Cameron, a fairly new person here I assume, as I have never seen him before! I usually don't get but maybe on average a smile and a mediocre haircut but it's cheap and quick but today was much different! When I walked in this morning I felt it was going to be just another cut when the young black lady checked me in, waving her comb around and looking annoyed as always! I said good morning and she just replied "your phone number"...."okay about 4 minutes". Cameron then called my name and I sat in his chair, he began with a smile, asked about my day and how it was that he would make it better for me. We laughed and talked as if we had done this before. And he ended the cut with a smile. I could not have asked for a more pleasant young man to have brightened my day, after being greeted so rudely by that black lady! I will return again so as long as Cameron is working at this location! You must see him if you want A+ customer service!

Went in for a slight trim and some long layers now I have straight across layers up to my ears super super un even the cuts are extremely blunt and don’t blend! Extremely disappointed I don’t know how this girl has her license don’t go to Jennifer she does not know what she is doing what’s so ever!
