Newly moved to the Lake Zurich area, I was looking for a Hair Cuttery close by. I walked into this location and only waited 10 minutes. Tracey cut my hair and did a wonderful job. She was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me tips on products for my previously highlighted hair. I will definitely return to have my hair cut by Tracey.

I got a great haircut at the Hair Cuttery for a decent price and the staff are always nice I go there all the time

I normally donâ€™t write negative review at all. But this is unacceptable. My last two visit was horrible. First of all, I been to this location ever since I moved to USA which 8 years ago. I never have a problem until these last two visit with new employees. First time I went in, she seem like sheâ€™s in a rush, did everything quickly within 5 min, sheâ€™s done with my hair. I got home, my hair line was off and there still uneven hair here and there. I didnâ€™t complain bcuz I thought things happened, not everyoneâ€™s perfect. But today, I went in at exactly 2.15pm. 2 people in front of me, I been told I will be ready in 15min. I patiently waited there til 2.48pm and two employees were free to do my hair but no one comes to me at all. All I see was two employees were on their phones and eating while I was waiting for the service. I got up and left. I might have to take my business somewhere else since.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came yesterday asking for a trim and long bangs. I specified that I wanted NO CHANGE IN LENGTH several times. The lady cut my long, mid-back length hair up to above my shoulders! The salon did not offer anything to help fix my hair and I left in tears. Never going here again and have already told all my family and friends to avoid this place.
