I loved my hair cut experience with Mel! She offered professional advice as to what style best suits my hair, and she also obliged my preferences. I ended up with a perfect cut, not the dreaded "too short, and can't wait til it grows out" look! Mel was meticulous, professional, chatty and fun, and her price point was perfectly reasonable. As always, Mario Tricoci delivers!

Caroline is THE BEST. Every time I leave the salon I am beyond satisfied with my color. She always does exactly what I want. My hair is always beautiful and vibrant. 4 months will pass and I still will get complimented on my color. Hands down the best hair colorist EVER!

Yesterday I went to Mario tricoci I am very upset with my color because the person who make my hair destroyed my hair with bleach my hair is falling im very scared im not coming back I do not recommend that place

Stopped by to see if they had an opening for my daughter to get a trim. Was told they had an opening in two hours. Agreed to this appt. time. Upon taking my daughters name down, the reception ask for my son's name, I corrected her. Again, she asked for my son's name. I corrected her. The third time, she said, no, your son's name, again I told her. She then said, you saw my surprise right! Way to make a young teen feel even more insecure about her looks! This receptionist was rude and unprofessional. After straightening out my daughter is not my son, and taking 5 min. to talk to a stylist. We were told the appointment was no longer available and shown the door. Must not need new customers.

Great staff, but don't come here if you're looking to change up your style or get a modern/androgynous haircut though. The stylists here aren't pressured to compete in competitions so most of them are a little out of touch with how to do the latest styles. The lady I had was even scared to cut my hair. Should have been my red flag not to go through with the cut. But she was recommended to me by the front desk staff since she was their "most experienced" stylist there. I ended up getting my hair fixed by a barber in downtown Geneva. It's called Belding Barbering. Matt is a very talented guy and knows what he's doing! He competes regularly to stay in touch with today's styles and even makes his own organic hair products. Highly recommend him. He was even $10 cheaper than the stylist they gave me here. She was $65 (before I tipped her) and Matt was $55. The spa here is great though! Highly recommend their spa services.
