No wait, great haircut. I'll definitely go back again.

This place is either extremely understaffed or they are too busy talking to their customer instead of doing there job and giving a haircut. I use them as online check-in and I'm still forced to wait 30+ minutes when I get there. Only reason I go to this one is because it's so close to where I live. From now on I will drive 15 minutes further to get a simple haircut. They are nice and do a good enough job which is why I'm giving them 3 stars instead of 1.

Very bad haircut place. I went for a haircut and specifically asked for a style and showed a picture of what I wanted. Nope nothing like what I got. I remember repeatedly asking to have a certain length and told the person to make it the same length as the middle and she kept saying ok, ok. She then told me after that I should have specified what haircut I wanted and how I wanted it and what length. For crying out loud they didn't spell my name right. James, JAMES. I even spelled it but somehow they got jossart. Never plan to go back. Also very dirty and they don't clean their tools. Don't waste your money here
