I have been coming here since Spring 2009. At one time, I would have given this place 5 stars, but over the years, the quality of the hair cuts became a little uneven. Stylists come and go; some were better than others. I'm not that picky, and it was very convenient, so I kept coming here.
Among the conveniences was the ability to check in online, show up, and get in reasonably quickly. For some reason, this no longer seems to be the case. I came in a month or two ago, after checking in online. The online system gives you an estimated time, whatever it was, I showed up about 5 minutes before it said, and had to wait 15 minutes. This time, the system initially said 19 minutes, and before I left my computer, it was down to 16. When I got there (a 5 minute or so trip), I was informed that it would be 20 minutes before I would be serviced. The staff unapologetically told me that they had not control over the check-in system.
I left and will be exploring other options in the area. One of the main draws of this place for me was the ability to get in for a quick hair cut over the lunch hour (and still have some time for lunch). Not being able to rely on the online check-in system, I find little reason to continue to patronize this place.

The details and location are set forth above. Not sure what "follow up" would accomplish, as I expressed myself fully and directly to the staff on site and was informed by them that they had no control over the check in system, which I took to mean that there was nothing they could do, they certainly offered no remedy at the time. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that the online check in system is functioning and can be relied on by customers. Good luck.
