Very patient with my four year old who won't sit still. His haircut looks very handsome.

I have been coming here since Spring 2009. At one time, I would have given this place 5 stars, but over the years, the quality of the hair cuts became a little uneven. Stylists come and go; some were better than others. I'm not that picky, and it was very convenient, so I kept coming here. Among the conveniences was the ability to check in online, show up, and get in reasonably quickly. For some reason, this no longer seems to be the case. I came in a month or two ago, after checking in online. The online system gives you an estimated time, whatever it was, I showed up about 5 minutes before it said, and had to wait 15 minutes. This time, the system initially said 19 minutes, and before I left my computer, it was down to 16. When I got there (a 5 minute or so trip), I was informed that it would be 20 minutes before I would be serviced. The staff unapologetically told me that they had not control over the check-in system. I left and will be exploring other options in the area. One of the main draws of this place for me was the ability to get in for a quick hair cut over the lunch hour (and still have some time for lunch). Not being able to rely on the online check-in system, I find little reason to continue to patronize this place. RESPONSE TO OWNER: The details and location are set forth above. Not sure what "follow up" would accomplish, as I expressed myself fully and directly to the staff on site and was informed by them that they had no control over the check in system, which I took to mean that there was nothing they could do, they certainly offered no remedy at the time. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that the online check in system is functioning and can be relied on by customers. Good luck.

I've had some so-so haircuts here but overall they do a good job and are nice folks.

I always love coming here. Suzy is the best and I love her. Only have gotten my hair cut once so far but it was great and done well. but I love getting my hair washed. It’s really nice to have someone do it for me every so often. The ladies are all so nice and friendly! I enjoy talking to them while they wash and dry my hair. it’s a great environment to be in.

Laura, my hair stylist today, is the best! She is personable, kind, and great at cutting hair. Her passion is obvious and radiates from her as she greeted me with high energy and smiles as I walked in and when saying bye to me. Thanks Laura and Great Clips!
