Two of my daughters and myself got a haitcut, the hair stylist was very nice. However, both of my daughters got bangs and she did not cut them evenly. I had to trim some of the longer parts at home. My hair cut also ended with some longer hairs, I will have to go back so they can fix it (or go to a new stylist and salon). Specially the back. I have had this same thing happened at the great clips on W Riverside, and I haven't been back to that one since then. I guess I won't be going to any other great clips salons. I'll be looking for a new place to get my hair done.

Went in today to get my Partner a haircut and Myself one too!. I told the lady who did my partner's hair the idea. She understood what we wanted and said it was her favorite style. So I was excited! My partner's hair was soo uneven in the back and the hair was cut wayyyy shorter than wanted! We even said, "we don't want it cut that short". Ashleigh did my hair and did a good job, I just felt she didn't listen to what I wanted. I told her to shave the side a 1 and a 0 and kind of blend it. She did a 2 and 0 and my hair on top that I wanted cut, wasn't really cut at all. Just trimmed to even it out. I just felt this salon did not listen to my partner or I at all. Pretty frustrated. :(

Affordable, great haircuts, as the name suggests. Tons better than cost cutters in my opinion. Everyone here is laid-back, sociable, and talented. Not a bunch of idiots with shears in their hands like I've seen elsewhere. Management team is friendly and professional. Keep up the good work, guys!

I was not too happy with my hair cut, it wasn't at all what I expected! the lady I got seemed to be a bit careless and in a bad mood through out the whole process. She probably needed rest for better work effort.
