Just had an amazing hair cut from Jackie at 10 Up hair salon. It's a great space with amazing light. Jackie is super easy to talk to and she gave me exactly what I wanted. A clean, modern cut for a guy. Before I went in, I stopped off at the Craftsman for a great coffee. That place is also great.

I've been going to 10 Up Hair Co-op for years and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. The place is in a perfect location (above a candy store, no less!) and the look and feel of the place is so welcoming. Jackie does a great job on my hair, I just wish I could have her blow out my hair everyday!

WORST HAIRCUT I'VE EVER HAD. I left crying. You can't put hair back I went in for a cut with Rich Kollerb and we talked about keeping my length and layers and the V shape and just cleaning it up and taking up one longer thin layer. When he was done I was shocked. He just cut straight across the bottom of my hair. No V shape. No layers. He didn't even check the front of my hair to see if anything needed to be trimmed. I had to go home and trim the long pieces he left at the front. He never even walked around to the front of my head to check the hair in front!!?? I waited a few days before sending him a detailed and polite text saying that my hair was not what we talked about and sent him a picture of what I was expecting and what we discussed. His response began with "Stop blowing up my phone. ..." Are you serious?? I was politely tying to ask him if he would fix my hair and that is how he responded!!?? I should have never gone back for him to fix it. I knew I shouldn't have gone back but I did....Worst mistake I made aside from going to him in the first place (I didn' t know then though) He cut off a total of about 6 inches!!!!! I can't use my hair extensions I bought for a wedding because my hair is so short now and blunt cut and the difference in length looks totally ridiculous. He "fixed" my hair by cutting more off and giving me chopped up and uneven layers and again cutting straight across the bottom. I'm in tears and so pissed about this. I can't put hair back and he ruined my hair and it will take me a year and a half to grow back. I had to pay $70 for another person to fix my hair plus another $120 for more extensions for this wedding. He said he would refund me and still has not. NEVER GET YOUR HAIR CUT BY RICH KOLLEREB. YOU WILL REGRET IT
