Get ready for them to cancel on you on the last minute like what they did with me at least 3 times using fake execuses inspite of my early booking.
Also check their brushes as one of the dressers got out a brush from her drawer full of hair from a different customer to use on me and I honestly got disgusted
We usually book early for 3 spots around important celebrations to do nails, hair cut and style.
I was so patient with them as some hair dressers are nice but others are so arrogant.
I used to bielieve their execuses, but they cancelled on us 3 times where we booked so early and they end up cancelling on the event day and whenever you try to know how would they do it on the last minute then they end up answering with the same fake emergency execuses.
First: they cancelled my nail appointment twice (once for fake emergency execuse and another time they said that they can’t do my nails unless I use their products although I bought a professional kit for them to use on me).
Second: they cancelled twice on me on Christmas Eve. The first time they accepted some of us and cancelled the rest but the surprise was when I went there and found out that the hair dresser who was supposed to work with me (Sam) is working with someone else and doesn’t have an emergency as they claimed.
Third: the second cancellation was also on a Christmas Eve where I used 2 people to work on the 3 of us and they cancelled with one hair dresser as she has an emergency as they claimed, but when we I ask her to try to find another as she can’t keep cancelling on us on the same day in spite of our early booking. she said that she will try but end up calling us to cancel with the second dresser also as the other dresser can’t commit the time because she is going to be in between 2 colorings.
The question is why wouldn’t they tell me that they put us as a back up only if they are not busy? We have plans too.
I will Never think to go back again, as I don’t respect the way they deal with customers.
They are on the expensive side and reliability along with respect Are the least to give back to customers who support them.
