My stylist asked how I wanted my hair cut and it wasn't done that way. It was fast but it didn't seem like she was happy to cut hair. Maybe I'll try another stylist next time.

I frequently go to this new Lenox location and I’m impressed with how they are wearing masks and taking our temperatures.Great job ladies!

The hair stylist was very rude never asked me about my child's hair till she was complete. I just wanted to leave after his hair was done. It was an older white lady shirt hair and looked like she had highlights in it

Madison was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. She did a fantastic job cutting my hair and even fixed a problem that I've been trying to for quite some time. Will definitely return to this great clips because of her 🙂
