I would not give any stars if it would let me, I went in last Saturday before Easter to get a haircut and the lady butchered my hair. She took a big chunk out of my hairline behind both my ears and then didnâ€™t fade my hair at all. I called her out on the nick behind my ear and she said â€œoh Iâ€™m not doneâ€ I thought she fixed it until I got home to fix my hair and thatâ€™s when I realized how horrible it was. I even gave her a tip which if Iâ€™d known what she had done, I wouldnâ€™t have. The lady has black hair, and glasses. I think she is pregnant. I would not recommend getting my haircut by her, matter of fact I believe she should seriously consider a career change. The manager there though, she does a great job. Just beware of the younger woman with black hair and glasses. Thanks

We have been coming to FS since my son was 3yr. Kristen was his hairstylist and had always done a great job; unfortunately though she isn't there anymore. Today, I brought my 13 yr old son to get a trim. He specifically told the stylist he wanted his bangs trimmed and to clean up his sideburns. She used a #3clip and started at his hair line removing half his bangs. He immediately told her he didnt like it and she looks up at me and says "Mom, he says he doesn't like it and there's nothing I can do to fix it". I walked over to look at his hair and saw she mowed off the bangs. I saw my son's face and saw how unhappy and angry he was. I told her we didn't like it, but obviously it couldn't be fixed. After she finished she "tried" to work on the hairline. I could tell she wasn't skilled at trimming hairline and sideburns. After, she was done she continuously said I'm sorry and shrugged her shoulders and said "Bud at least your hair will grow back". A) this is your profession: if you are not skilled at trimming hairlines nor sideburns, don't attempt to do it. I will respect you 10x if you tell me that you don't know how. B)if you don't know to properly trim hair or not sure whether to use the clippers or scissors. Check the history notes or ask. Don't assume that clippers is the way to go. My son had 2 inch bangs and fohawk, where you mowed like a lawnmower. C)once you knew you messed up why charge us full price. You got to get paid, I get it. But half price at least or no charge since the services you provided were incorrect. We will never return to FS, sad after 10 yrs of being faithful customers. There are too many "new" and inexperienced hairstylist. We will go elsewhere.

I brought my 14 year old daughter in to get her hair cut. She showed the stylist photos of the swooping bang she wanted and ended up with butchered hair. Her bangs are horrible and she is very upset with the way they look. I will never go back! I wish there was a way to upload the photos of her hair. I could of done a better job left handed, drunk AND blindfolded.
