Lauren M. is fantastic! I started as a model, and will be a life long client. Lauren is a very talented colorist, as well as fun, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended!

My experience was terrible, the Male manager tried to touch me without my consent and try to cheat to get more money.The biggest problem with this shop is the rude staff. I bought a full-color hair color coupon on Groupon, but when I went to the store, a girl with orange hair asked me to pay extra for highlights, I refused, saying that I need to pay extra to use my coupon, I noticed she cheated, I tried to ask her manager, her manager was a short middle-aged man, he came to me with a small cup of McDonald's coffee, the attitude was even worse, he said I had to add money and he seemed to forget he was a man Identity, holding coffee all the time, touching me with the other hand without my consent (I'm a young woman), berating me after I refused he didn't accept me and let me out. Judging by the behavior of the male manager, it is not the first time they have treated customers this way. Young women must be wary of this barber shop! The bad mood of the day starts here!

I thought I would use a groupon to try a new place. My colorist was Cosmina and my cut was from Lauren. They both took their time to understand what I was looking for in addition to providing their creative expertise which is what I was searching for in a salon. Another unexpected perk was how creative and tastefully decorated the salon was. AND everyone, that I came in contact with was exceptionally kind an attentive. I watched the staff as I waited for the color and to be honest it is a little difficult to describe the warm and creative moral. I was so impressed that I asked a few of the staff and it became apparent that the owner sets this pleasant tone which is something we do not see so much these days. When I got home I was eager to share my experience with my husband and recommended that he make an appointment as well. THANK YOU
