How can you do haircut for 5 minutes , shampoo included , and leave all my face and neck covered with trimmed hair...... although that old lady had a hangover , u could smell that. Never again

Worst hair cut ever. Went in to see my regular stylist, Colleen, who is awesome, but ended up going home early due to lack of business. One of the other ladies, Susie, offered to just give me a TRIM. She acted annoyed that I was there, and she was rushing to finish my cut. She ended up WHACKING OFF 1.5 inches off my hair and asked if she could go shorter. Shorter! All I asked for was a TRIM. I guess maybe it's my fault to trust a stylist to know the difference between trim and cut half the length of my hair off.

I had Selena and she did highlights for me and I had been looking for some new places to get my hair done because I was never satisfied with how my hair would turn out, so I went to here and had Selena and it had to have been the best job I have ever had done. My friend and I both went to get out hair done by her and it was amazing she is so talented I am never going anywhere else to get my hair done ever again!! One of the best stylist i have ever come across!!

I've been going for years to Hair Cuttery and received constant good haircuts. The only exception was yesterday, when maybe the stylist had a day off (no need to name her). I went back in today and a different stylist, Marybeth, apologized on behalf of HC and offered to fix it for free. She did a fabulous job and treated a complaining customer (me) with great professionalism. Owing someone else's mistake like that is rare and very well appreciated. She's won a new regular customer in me.

My hair stylist was Selena and I have to say it was the worst hair cut I have ever received. Cut was too short and uneven. She started to texturize my hair and had to tell her I did not want it texturized. I mentioned that to her and she appeared to have an attitude issue. She was also pulling my hair when drying it. In addition she needs to work on her appearance especially working in the hair industry. Her hair was not done and no make up applied. It looked like she woke up and rushed to get to work. I would definitely would NOT recommend going here!
