I got a manicure from Megan and it was one of the best I've ever gotten. Definitely recommend. If my nails weren't still perfect a week later, I would have gone back already!

A first class salon with friendly, talented stylists. This is a family owned and run business but with style and sophistication that rivals any Gold Coast salon. Affordable, great services, a pleasure and a treat every time I go there! I know from experience. My best friends bought their dream home in Campton Hills in November 2013. I live in the North Shore neighborhood of Edgewater, 60miles away. My friend suggested we go to La Voda for manicures and all I can say is thank you! Megan, one of the owners, gave me a great manicure. I was impressed with her and the salon enough to go back for a haircut & another manicure 2 weeks later. I was surprised at how affordable everything is. So much so that I was able to purchase some excellent hair products to enjoy at home! I have been to dozens (and dozens!) of salons in the city and suburbs for hair and nail services over the years. Only to be disappointed and left wondering "does anybody ever listen to the client anymore?" and I always ended up feeling like my money was wasted. Well, not at La Voda! My experience at La Voda was like a breath of fresh air! I LOVE my haircut and manicures from Megan, and look forward to my trips to Campton Hills & La fox on the weekends. And my hair & nails have never looked better! Definitely worth the 60 mile drive!
