I took myself and 2 family members in to receive haircuts. I was told 15 minutes so I signed in and walked 1 or 2 doors down to a store to grab some hair products. I was back well within the 15 minutes and they had started cutting 2 little boys hair before us. They never said a word when we walked back in and we were number 1, 2, and 3 on their board. I didn’t say a word either and figured we would be next, right? Nope, they then took ANOTHER person who was number 4 on the list right in front of us. The 2 ladies working looked right at me when I stood up grabbed my children and left. I will never return to this place. What they did was wrong and they didn’t even try to make it right. I called corporate and they told me the owner would call me within 24 hours and it never happened. They will never get my business again. Rude uncaring people.

Been coming here over a year. These ladies know their stuff, as they are required to go to ongoing trainings. They always let me know when new coupons are coming out. If I had any tip s, I'd say open up and talk to them as they are great assets. No appointments, just great hair, at a fair price, without all the nonsense of foofoo hair salons.

I was in the area and decided to stop and get my hair cut. She was super nice, very easy to talk to and did an amazing job! Ive been trying for years to get the "choppy" look and she's the only one to succeed! I would reccomend Kelly to anyone! $15 well spent ❤
